Churn Modelling Analyst - Aviation
Location (Including Home Working Ratio): 40% BP Sunbury, 60% at Home
Travel Requirements: <10%
Duration: 6 months

Role Summary
Our client is looking for an experienced churn modelling analyst to work with our Aviation business stakeholders to address customer churn issues across the Aviation customer base. The analyst will be part of the Aviation data scrum team who maintain and support several data and analytics products (visualised using Power BI) and built on the AWS platform. This role will work closely with the Aviation Data Squad lead to implement a consistent approach / framework for modelling of customer churn.

Required Skills
  • Excellent Churn Modelling experience
  • Strong data analysis/science using a variety of different tools
  • Strong stakeholder and communication skills in order to express technical activities in non-technical language
  • Good influencing skills in order to agree priorities, drive through the right outcomes & resolve conflicts
  • A background in business intelligence, data warehousing ideally in the capacity of a data quality analyst
  • Cloud platform solutions (AWS, Azure..)
  • Working with multiple and complex data sources, dealing with ambiguity
  • Agile/Scrum framework
  • Excellent Python and Machine Learning knowledge
Desirable Skills
  • ERP systems (SAP sales billing, pricing modules)
