Our client, a large energy company, is deploying DNV’s Synergi product to help it better manage its QHSE workflows and data. They need a Subject Matter Expert to help them better use the product and ensure the models they build using the tool are fit for purpose.

Role Summary
Our client, a large energy company, is deploying DNV’s Synergi product to help it better manage its QHSE workflows and data. They need a Subject Matter Expert to help them better use the product and ensure the models they build using the tool are fit for purpose.
Role Responsibilities
- Work with the business users to understand their requirements and then lead the building of the models for use within the Synergi tool. Test the models to ensure they work correctly and then support deploying them to all the business users.
- Support Level 1 and 2 support teams to ensure they handle the support calls correctly.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of good QHSE practices
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the DNV Synergi tool
- Experience working within a large software deployment and support team
- Adequate understanding of Agile development processes
Desirable Skills
- Experience within the energy sector
