Process Data Modeler (SAP Signavio)

• We are seeking experienced Process Data Modelers to join an ongoing engagement with a global Energy client.
• In this role, you will drive our process mining engagement using SAP Signavio. Your primary responsibility will be to transform data from various SAP (e.g., ECC, S/4 HANA) and other enterprise source systems, such as Ariba, Maximo, and Salesforce, to prepare a data model layer for process mining. You will create robust and accurate process data models, enabling business users to gain actionable insights for optimizing business processes.

• Data modelling for process mining: Create, maintain, and enhance process data models to be leveraged in SAP Signavio Process Intelligence and Plug & Gain, ensuring they accurately represent the real-world operation of business processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay).
• Data transformation and cleansing: Transform raw SAP event data into a format suitable for process mining, handling data cleansing, normalization, and standardization to ensure high data quality and integrity.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Engage with product owners and functional experts to understand business requirements, identify key process variations, and translate business questions into data model designs.
• Technical Integration: Work with tech architects and IT teams to ensure proper integration of SAP Signavio with the existing data landscape and to establish scalable, secure data pipelines.
• Performance optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of data transformation jobs and the overall process data pipeline to ensure timely and efficient data availability for analysis.
• Analytical support: Collaborate with Process Analysts to interpret process mining results, investigate data anomalies, and validate process conformance.
• Documentation and governance: Create and maintain detailed documentation of data models, transformations, and ETL processes for handover to BAU support teams.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Data Modeler, Data Analyst, or ETL Developer with a strong focus on SAP ecosystems.
• SAP Signavio expertise: Practical experience with SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, Process Insights, and Plug & Gain, including developing and managing process data models and pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and validation.
• Familiarity with the SAP data model, including understanding core SAP tables for key business modules.
• Data Modelling and Process Mining experience with Celonis will also be considered
