Role Summary:
  • Our client is seeking an experienced Deployment Analyst to support one of our Integrated Energy customers.
  • They are in the midst of a large global SAP ERP deployment and require a deployment analyst to assist with the deployment in Trinidad and Tobago. Candidates will be responsible for managing internal change management and deployment activities, as well as additional business initiatives.

Responsibilities:
  • Support deployment and implementation, conducting training, User Acceptance Testing, hypercare, and Cutover Management, and data model, cleansing, preparation, and conversion.
  • Support change strategies and programs, including training and communications.
  • Transformation and stakeholder management
  • Define value creation and document benefit analysis and savings.
  • Support SAP User Interface, User Experience, navigation, and tooling.
  • Help with the implementation of Materials and Supply Chain (modules WDG/WSC)
  • Process and Business Design
  • Work with the Capital projects (Project Management/Engineering and Controls), Wells (Drilling, Completions, and Interventions), and Finance (Finance, Reporting, and Analysis) teams to help implement the new SAP solution

Requirements:
  • 5 years + of experience applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools for implementing change programs within the Energy industry.
  • 5 years + of ERP implementation and deployment experience
  • 5 years + Oil and Gas experience
  • Finance and Capital Projects expertise
  • Familiarity with training and User acceptance testing, and support of the hypercare and cutover process
  • Experience developing readiness programs, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to handle uncertainty and be adaptable in their approach.
  • Highly analytical with attention to detail.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within the Energy domain

Desirable Skills:
  • Wells (Drilling, Completions, and Interventions) experience
