Prepare annual destruction lists and manage monthly reporting on destruction activities and approvals.

Support the development of data governance and retention strategies and maintain related documentation.
Assist with audits by providing accurate, timely information.

Work with cross‑functional teams to improve data and records processes.
Train staff, communicate issues clearly, and recommend process enhancements.
Electronic Document Management:
Perform quality checks on scanned documents and validate digital copies before physical destruction.
Oversee migration of legacy media to modern platforms.
Data Management & Analysis:
Collect, validate, and maintain data across systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Enforce data standards, conduct quality audits, and monitor data integrity.
Analytics & Reporting:
Produce dashboards, reports, and summaries to support business decisions.
Define reporting needs with stakeholders and prepare required data outputs.
Database & System Support:
Assist IT with database structure and maintenance.
Perform data cleansing, transformations, and support ETL and data management tools.
Technical Skills:
Use SQL, Excel, Power BI, Python, and similar tools for analytics.
Work with large datasets in platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, or Snowflake.
Acquisition & Divestment Support:
Conduct records research, manage secure transfers, and prepare datasets for transactions.
Records Retention Management:
Lead regional retention initiatives and full lifecycle retention schedule development—planning, research, drafting, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
