Location: India (e.g. Bangalore / Pune). Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days remote
Travel: Moderate, (India / Europe / US depending on deal activity)
Duration: 12 Months


Role Summary:
  • Lead change management activities supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestments. Operating within the M&A team, this role ensures that organizational, process, and technology changes are effectively adopted, minimizing disruption and maximizing value realization.
  • Acts as the bridge between program delivery, business stakeholders, and impacted teams across the deal lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead change management activities across M&A programs (integration and separation)
  • Develop and execute change strategies aligned to deal timelines
  • Conduct impact assessments across people, process, and technology
  • Design and deliver communication and engagement plans
  • Support leadership teams with stakeholder alignment and messaging
  • Drive adoption of new operating models, systems, and processes
  • Monitor change effectiveness and adjust strategies as required
  • Ensure alignment with program governance and delivery milestones

Requirements:
  • Strong change management experience within large-scale programs
  • Proven experience in M&A (integration, separation, or transformation)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Strong communication and storytelling capability
  • Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments
  • Experience in upstream oil & gas environments

Desirable Skills:
  • Familiarity with technology-led transformations (digital systems, applications, data platforms)
  • Formal change management certification (e.g. Prosci)
  • Experience working across global, distributed teams
