Role Summary:
Lead change management activities supporting mergers, acquisitions, and divestments. Operating within the M&A team, this role ensures that organizational, process, and technology changes are effectively adopted, minimizing disruption and maximizing value realization.
Acts as the bridge between program delivery, business stakeholders, and impacted teams across the deal lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Lead change management activities across M&A programs (integration and separation)
Develop and execute change strategies aligned to deal timelines
Conduct impact assessments across people, process, and technology
Design and deliver communication and engagement plans
Support leadership teams with stakeholder alignment and messaging
Drive adoption of new operating models, systems, and processes
Monitor change effectiveness and adjust strategies as required
Ensure alignment with program governance and delivery milestones
Requirements:
Strong change management experience within large-scale programs
Proven experience in M&A (integration, separation, or transformation)
Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Strong communication and storytelling capability
Ability to operate in complex, fast-paced environments
Experience in upstream oil & gas environments
Desirable Skills:
Familiarity with technology-led transformations (digital systems, applications, data platforms)
