Sr. SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Architect

• Our client is seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA FI/CO functional expert to support ERP transformation workshops and stakeholder working sessions.
• The role requires deep functional expertise combined with strong client‑facing facilitation and communication skills. This is not a back‑office configuration role—it is a front‑of‑room, credibility‑driven advisory role.

• Lead and facilitate S/4HANA FI/CO transformation workshops with client stakeholders.
• Clearly explain functional impacts of ECC → S/4HANA migration, including how day‑to‑day processes and roles will change.
• Demonstrate S/4HANA user experience, including Fiori navigation, tiles, and core finance flows.
• Translate complex FI/CO concepts into clear, structured, executive‑ready explanations.
• Keep workshops on track, manage group dynamics, and maintain momentum.

• Hands‑on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, including:
• FI (GL, AP, AR)
• Public Sector–related processes (e.g., PSCD exposure preferred)
• Strong understanding of Universal Journal and its impact on:
• Financial close
• Reconciliation
• Reporting speed and transparency
• Prior experience supporting or advising on ECC to S/4HANA transformations.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Able to structure answers clearly (headline + supporting points)
• Comfortable facilitating senior, mixed audiences
• Concise, confident, and credible in live discussions

• Public sector ERP experience
• Experience running design/visioning/blueprint workshops (not just delivery)
